Healthy Candy Corn Popsicles
Ingredients
- 6 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt (1 small tub or 3/4 cup)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Popsicle molds
Directions
Carefully pour two tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of your molds. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Pour the orange juice evenly into all the molds. Freeze for another 20 minutes.
Pour the pineapple juice on top of the orange juice.
Freeze until set.
Pour the orange juice evenly into all the molds. Freeze for another 20 minutes.

Freeze until set.
Tips
Greek yogurt doesn’t work well in this recipe; it’s too thick. If that’s what you prefer, thin the yogurt with a bit of milk until it’s the consistency of regular yogurt.
To make these dairy-free, use coconut milk instead of yogurt.
If you don’t have popsicle molds, use paper cups and craft sticks.
